When we met Paul Dion, the Pet Whisperer, we were impressed with his ability to calm Lucy, our excitable Vizsla. He suggested that she might benefit from interacting with other dogs in a supervised play situation so we enrolled her in his Play Day for dogs. Lucy has been attending Play Day for six months and she absolutely loves it! She is extremely happy to see Paul every Monday and greets him with lots of enthusiasm (maybe a little too much enthusiasm!). She returns home tuckered out but satisfied from her full day of doing what she loves best---playing with other dogs! It has helped her to learn how to interact with other dogs, and it gives her great exercise! It is nice to be able to have a day off from our pseudo child, Lucy.
